Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Our take on the delicious Hershey's Chocolate Avocado Mousse!  This decadent chocolate mousse uses avocado as its base to create the perfectly smooth texture.  Top with berries, nuts, or fresh mint!



4 ripe avocados

3/4 cup dark chocolate chips

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 scoop Bears Brain Booster Nutrition Shake 

1/3 cup honey

1/3 cup milk of choice 

Fresh berries, or nuts to sprinkle on top!



Peel and pit avocados.  Chop into smaller pieces and place in a blender.

Melt chocolate chips on stovetop or microwave just until chips are melted and smooth when stirred.

Add cocoa, honey, milk, and melted chocolate to the avocado pieces.  Cover, process until smooth.  Transfer to serving dishes.  Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until chilled and set.  Garnish with toppings, if desired.

Cover & refrigerate leftover mousse. 

Makes six 1/2-cup servings
