Bears Smoothies

Chocolate Secret Smoothie

Do your kids love chocolate? This one's for them!

What you'll need:

1 cup milk of your choice
1 scoop of Bears Brain Booster Nutrition Shake (Chocolate)
1/2 banana
1 cup spinach
1 large tablespoon greek yogurt
Optional: Honey & 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method:

Add milk first, followed by the scoop of powder, yogurt, and optional honey/cinnamon. Add spinach, then the fruit in last so the weight helps the mixture blend more easily. Blend for 1-2 minutes or until consistency is desired. Experiment and enjoy!

1 scoop Bears Immunity & Nourishment Nutrition Shake (Elderberry)
1 orange
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
Optional: honey, ginger

Method:

Add milk first, followed by the scoop of powder, yogurt, and optional honey, ginger. Place the fruit in last so the weight helps the mixture blend easily. Blend for 1-2 minutes or until consistency is desired. Experiment and enjoy!
